User not visible in the database

Symptoms

  • User cannot be viewed in the database

Applies To

  • MyGeotab
  • Users

Cause

 The user was made historical

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Administration > Users
  2. Click on the Show archived (historical) button
  3. Enter the relevant user name in the Search name box

Additional Notes

If the user cannot be found even if Show archived (historical) has been selected, the user may have been created with the wrong authentication type, please contact Support.
