How to set up email notifications for a rule

Procedure

  1. Select Rules & Groups
  2. Select Rules
  3. If default rule select Manage Recipients (the envelope icon)
  4. If custom rule select desired rule > select Notifications tab
  5. Select Add email
  6. Select or type desired email
  7. Select Save

Additional Information

Notifications can also be sent out to a Distribution list.

WARNING: Manually typing a desired email address instead of selecting from the drop-down list will treat the email as an external user and ignore any data scoping set on the account within the database.
