A driver cannot see their remaining hours or their workday on Geotab drive because of one or more of the following reasons:
- They do not fall under any HOS Ruleset, i.e., they are under No Ruleset (7-day cycle) which does not have any restrictions.
- They are not using the latest version of the app
- Other apps, that may be running in the background, are causing issues and need to be closed and restarted.
Assign them to the appropriate Ruleset under their user account in MyGeotab, instead of No Ruleset (7-day cycle) which does not have any restrictions.
