The user has either No Ruleset (7-day cycle) or No Ruleset (8-day cycle)
Add the appropriate ruleset to the driver under the user settings. For instructions, see: How To Set Driver Ruleset
Once a ruleset has been applied, the driver will have to log out and log back in to see the availability.
