- Drive App User is not receiving messages on Geotab Drive app.
- Messages option doesn't show in the menu on Geotab Drive or MyGeotab
- Geotab Drive
The Feature Preview option was not turned on.
- Navigate to Administration
- Select desired user/driver
- Click UI Settings tab
- In the Feature preview section, select On
- Click Save
Feature preview must be turned on in order for the messages feature to work.
