Why are the notifications for an emailed report delayed for a device?

Answer

If a GO device goes out of coverage or is unplugged before the device is able to send the data to MyGeotab then the notification that happen prior before lost communication will be sent once the device starts to communicating again. 

Additional Notes

The reason being is that the exception is not generated until MyGeotab compares that data against the rule to generate the exception.
