Why did my exception disappear?


  • I changed the group my rule is published to, and all of my exceptions are gone
  • Exceptions were there yesterday, but aren't today

Once a rule has been changed or removed from a database, all of its corresponding exceptions are removed as well.


Check to see if the rule that generated a notification or older exception has been changed or removed from the database. 

If it has been changed, you will need to edit the rule to the previous parameters and reprocess the data to see the exceptions again.
