The internal reset condition fault occurs when the device's software resets. This fault usually occurs when a device's service plan changes. Plan changes will adjust some of the parameters of the device which will trigger an internal reset. You can verify this by checking the time the fault occurs in MyGeotab, and checking the device timeline for a plan change in MyAdmin.
If there was no service plan change and the device is not communicating after the fault's date, there may be something else going on and further troubleshooting should be completed.
