Why am I not able to see a dashboard report?

Answer

In the report setup if "Belonging to:" is set for a specific group(s), a user will need to be in a group higher than the "Belonging to:" group(s). 

Additional Notes

  • Using the example below, if a report's "Belonging to:" is set for Group B2 the user would need be assigned to Group A, Group B or Company group.

 

  • A user's security clearance may be preventing them from seeing a report as well. ​
