Poor or non-existent cell connection
Automatic logs will still be created and stored on the device but will not be visible on the database or Geotab Drive until after a cell connection is restored. (The logs may be assigned to Unidentified Driver).
It is recommended to create paper logs while out of coverage to ensure no data is missing.
The error will be resolved when a cell connection is established.
