Device plan was changed to Base mode which will result in no Engine Data,
- Log into MyAdmin
- Select Device Timeline
- Timeline will display Device Plan Change to Base Mode completed
In cases like this, typically the user will state their current odometer (speedometer) miles are greater than the miles displayed on the Database.
Another reason could be Geotab does not support odometer for specific make and model.
