New User is Not Being Displayed After Created

Symptoms

  • New user not displayed after created

Cause

The user being created has the authentication type of MyAdmin (Global User), while the creator has the authentication type of Basic Authentication.

Resolution

Remove the user with MyAdmin (Global User) authentication type and re-add the user as a Basic Authentication user. 

Additional Notes

Authentication types can no longer be changed.
