Why does my Driver have no Drive Time Available?

Answer

  • The Driver might have to accept pending Log edits or verify Logs in the Geotab Drive App
  • The Driver not taking the full consecutive 10 Hour Off-Duty time required to Reset their drive time (which might be interrupted by other Duty Status Logs such as Drive (D), ON and Yard Move (YM))
  • The 14 hour workday ran into the driver's available driving time.
    (For example: a driver works ON without driving for 11 out of those 14 hours; they would only have 3 hours left to drive and/or work)
