Why can I not go into Drive Status?

Symptoms

  • Driver cannot change to duty status of Drive

Driver is not attached to vehicle in Geotab drive

The driver will need to assign themselves to a vehicle by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Assets
  2. Select Change
  3. Type the name of your vehicle and click on it 
  4. You will be prompted to then attach a trailer and do your pre-trip DVIR
