Driver is unable to see vehicles In Geotab Drive

Cause

Usernames can exist in multiple databases. You must specify which database you would like to sign-in to. Without specifying it, database will be chosen randomly. 

Resolution 

Make sure that the driver inputs the correct database name on the log-in page before signing in. 

Additional Notes 

If vehicle grouping and driver's data access does not match, driver won't be able to see their vehicle.
