Driver's logs aren't showing mileage

Symptoms

  • Hours of Service (HOS) logs do not show mileage

Cause

Potential causes can be:

  1. GO device is not communicating
  2. Odometer values are not changing within the vehicle engine measurements

Workaround

Ensure your driver is keeping track of the mileage in a paper log in the meantime.
