Answer

If a driver claims that a Drive log in incorrect, check to see the origin of the log in their duty status logs. If it is a automatic system log you can cross reference the trip history, speed profile, and engine faults report with the corresponding time stamp and investigate the log.

Keep in mind that in order for an automatic drive log to be created the vehicle needs to move over 5 MPH.
