Customer Can't See Vehicles in Database

Symptoms

  • Customer cannot see a vehicle in the database

Applies To

  • Vehicles
  • Add Device

Resolution

The device needs to be added to the customer's database

Procedure

  1. Click on Vehicles.
  2. Click Add drop-down button.
  3. Click Add Vehicle.
  4. Enter GO Device serial number.
  5. Enter the name of the vehicle in Description.
  6. Click OK
