Why is my driver getting an "improper permissions" error?

Confirm that the proper clearance is set in the driver's user profile before logging into the Geotab Drive app. You will need to be set up as a Drive App User or with custom security clearance that has the same features as the Drive App User clearance.

Administer User/Drivers clearance needs to be checked if you create a custom security clearance.
