Procedure

  1. Select Administration > Reports... > Report Views
  2. Find the report you wish to modify.
  3. Click Excel icon to export the report.
  4. Make changes to Excel report template if necessary.
  5. Repeat step 1, then select Add Excel File
  6. Click on Drop your files here or click to select them
  7. Select your newly customized template/report
  8. Input the name for your report 
  9. Set Show report in drop-down list: to Yes
  10. Click Save
