Why is there a mismatch between logs in the Drive App and in the database for one of my drivers?

This is more than likely due to the driver having a bad/inexistent cellular connection on the tablet, but the GO device has good cellular connectivity, resulting in the automatic changes going through to the database (like automatic ON Duty) but the manual changes staying locally in the tablet (like SB) and when the cell connection is good on the tablet again the app synchronizes and pushes the manual logs to the database. Once all the logs are in the database, they are adjusted accordingly by the system. You can attempt logging out and logging back in and/or look for updates to resolve the issue.
