I am trying to reset my password and I get an error message

Symptoms

  • Error: "User doesn't have security clearance" when trying to enter new password
  • Error: ChangePassword\nCalled by\nSetAccess

Cause

The security clearance for the user does not allow them to change their password.

Resolution

Contact your database Administrator and have them reset your password or change your Security Clearance.
