User Cannot Find Add-In On Geotab Marketplace

Cause

  1. The database does not have Display Third-Party Apps enabled.
  2. The Add-In is disabled by the Reseller in MyAdmin 

Resolution

Enable Display Third-Party Apps on this database by the following steps:

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click System...
  3. Click System Settings
  4. Click Marketplace
  5. Set Display Third-Party Apps to On
  6. Click Save

If disabled by the Reseller, they would need to be contacted to restore the add-in.
