Why do I get the message "Failed to get the report" when downloading a report?

Answer

When downloading a report from MyGeotab, the following error appears in the new window:

This is due to the report being disabled because it is too large. It uses too much of the processing power from the server causing other actions to also lag.

Filter the data using a Groups filter before running the report to limit the data being processed.
