- Administrator/user is unable to see vehicle under vehicle list on MyGeotab portal.
- Data Access
Go device was not added to the database. User may have specific data access to certain group that vehicle is not associated with. Another cause to this could be from a vehicle grouping not matching with user's data access group.
1. Make sure Go device is added to the database.
2. Check and make sure that vehicle grouping matches with your data access.
You may have to reach out to an administrator with data access to "Everything" to assist you with this.
