Why is the App still prompting a 30 minute break, when I already took it?

Answer

Some potential scenarios include: 

  1. There was vehicle movement that interrupted the 30 minute break and created an Auto Drive log.  You will need to contact your company's Administration and explain the situation so they can determine how to fix it. 
  2. If you are about to reach another 8-hour driving period, you need to take another 30 minute break.

Additional Notes

If you need to move the vehicle for any reason during any of your breaks, Sleeper Berth, or reset hours, you have the option to apply the Personal Use exception, if your company allows that use.
