Driver Unable to Log into the Geotab Drive App

  • In the drive app please enter the correct username and password. You may also need to enter the correct database information by selecting Options on the login screen. Under the Username line, enter the correct database and then click on NEXT. This will then prompt you to enter your password.
  • Please note, that the username and password entered must be registered on the database prior to logging in.
  • If you have confirmed that all login information is correct please check your internet connection and retry the steps listed above.
  • In addition, you may need to check and make sure the Drive app has been properly updated in the Play store for Android users or in the App store for iPhone users. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  • Additionally have the driver turn off WiFi and this may correct their issues. 
  • Please confirm that the User trying to log in to the Drive app is set as a Drive app user in the Users security clearance section.
