Why are my report entries not in chronological order?

Answer

In the Summary tab of the report, entries are sometimes grouped by other criteria before being sorted by date/time.

To fix this:

  1. Export the report template from Administration>Reports>Report Views 
  2. Modify the pivot table to sort by date/time first 
  3. Save and re-upload this report as the template

Additional Notes

Entries will always be chronological in the Data tab
