Procedure

  1. Navigate to, and click Getting Started & Help under the MyGeotab column on the left hand side
  2. Click on Support > Support Tickets
  3. Click on New Support Request
  4. Fill out the form as needed - fields with an asterisk(*) are required fields
  5. Click on Submit

Additional Notes

  • If Support Tickets option is unavailable, please reach out to your Reseller for support
  • To access the chat feature, after completing steps 1-3, you will see a "Green" "Lets Chat" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
