How to Create a Support Ticket through MyGeotab

- Where can I find my support tickets?
- Navigate to, and click Getting Started & Help under the MyGeotab column on the left hand side
- Click on Support > Support Tickets
- Click on New Support Request
- Fill out the form as needed - fields with an asterisk(*) are required fields
- Click on Submit
- If Support Tickets option is unavailable, please reach out to your Reseller for support
- To access the chat feature, after completing steps 1-3, you will see a "Green" "Lets Chat" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
