HOS unavailable for non-drivers

Symptoms

  • Drivers are able to log into Geotab Drive but cannot access HOS
  • HOS appears greyed out in Geotab Drive and it says "HOS unavailable for non-drivers"

Applies To

  • Geotab Drive
  • MyGeotab

Cause

This user is a driver is set to No

Resolution

  • Administration Users > Select the user in question 

  • Go to the Driver tab and toggle This user is a driver to Yes 

  • Click on Save on the top left hand corner

 

Additional Notes

Please have the user log out of the app and log back in once the changes have been made.
