- Drivers are able to log into Geotab Drive but cannot access HOS
- HOS appears greyed out in Geotab Drive and it says "HOS unavailable for non-drivers"

This user is a driver is set to No
Administration > Users > Select the user in question
Go to the Driver tab and toggle This user is a driver to Yes
Click on Save on the top left hand corner
Please have the user log out of the app and log back in once the changes have been made.
