Drivers tablet does not have the best signal for the live updates to reflect drivers hours correctly on the app. Drivers need to check the signal make sure airplane mode is turned off drivers may have to relocate in order for the device to show live data.
When there's no signal the hours may not appear right away in the Geotab Drive App. The hours are still being recorded and will update once the vehicle is in an area with signal. Drivers can also go to the Drive app Settings > Check for updates then it will sync the app data with servers.
