Can damaged or lost devices be replaced under warranty?

Answer

Devices that have any physical or water damage cannot be replaced due to the warranty being voided out.

Credit for devices that are replaced under warranty is given when we receive the defective device. With this said, lost devices will not be replaced under warranty. 

Additional Notes

Customers will need to reach out to their reseller or use the MyStore feature if available to get a new replacement device, this goes for any devices that have been misplaced/lost as well.
