- What does Unidentified driving records data diagnostic mean?
- Duty Status Logs
The ELD records an unidentified driving record diagnostic event when more than 30 minutes of driving time by an unidentified driver is recorded within a 24-hour period.
When the diagnostic is recorded, the ELD turns on the data diagnostic indicator for all drivers logged into the ELD for the current 24-hour period, and the seven days that follow.
In order to avoid this diagnostic, a driver should review all unassigned logs when logging in or out of the vehicle to ensure any applicable logs have been claimed.
If the unassigned logs do not belong to a driver, this diagnostic event can be ignored.
When the logs are claimed or annotated, the system will auto-clear the event.
