Why can't I log into the Drive app when I can access in the database?

Cause

Database field not populated in Drive app login screen

Resolution

When logging into the Drive app, entering one's username and password is not enough. Ensure that the database field is filled in with your database name when logging in. Press the "+" button under the password to field to open the rest. Additionally, the server field can remain blank.

Additional Notes

This can occur when logging into a fresh device or when the all Drive app info has been purged.
