Report in Dashboard not displaying properly


  • Report in Dashboard is not showing the data as intended
  • The Dashboard image is different than the one seen in marketplace

  • The customer incorrectly edited the original Report template obtained from the marketplace.
  • It was configured incorrectly (in either one of the Report/Data tabs) and then uploaded to the database.


  1. Download a clean template of the Report from the Marketplace. Follow the instructions in the Marketplace on how to setup the Report.
  2. Make sure Dashboard Graphic Options in the Dashboard settings of the Report are toggled to Yes.
