Why can't I reassign my own logs?

Symptoms 

Unable to reassign my own logs 

Applies To

  • Hours of Service (HOS) 
  • MyGeotab version 1804

Cause

The newest (1804) update now prevents administrators who are also set up as drivers from reassigning their own logs to unidentified.

Workaround

Have another admin make the change or create a separate user profile that has administrator rights (but not driver) to make changes.
