Can't see device in database due to removal

Cause

The device was removed from database. This can be seen in the the Audit Log under audit type Device Removal

Workaround

If necessary, re-add the device to the database as a new vehicle using the steps here: How to Add a New Vehicle

Resolution

Devices that were removed from a database cannot be restored with the vehicle history. The device can be re-added in the database as a new vehicle.
