Why is my device communicating but not showing trip information?

Often times when a device is communicating but not showing trips information this is due to the device not receiving a valid GPS signal. Perform the trouble shooting steps for the device in attempt to regain GPS signal. 

Also the device may be in need of a firmware update. Ensure the device is on an updated firmware version.
