Driver is unable to attach a trailer on the Geotab Drive App

Symptoms

Driver is unable to attach a trailer on the Geotab Drive App.

Cause

The trailer did not exist on the database and the driver did not have the security clearance to administer trailers.

Resolution

An administrator will need to either add that trailer to the database and be sure that the driver can view it. Another option is to create a sub clearance and allow the driver to administer and view trailers.
