Symptoms

Cause

  • User entered the password wrong to many times and is now locked out. When an administrator tries to send the Force Password Change to the user, it will prompt the administrator to log in again.

Workaround

  • It is possible to deactivate the "lock out" feature through the System Settings.

Resolution

  • When a user is locked out, it is not possible to activate the Force Password change on next login option.
