Pre-Trip/Post-Trip not showing on HOS log in Geotab Drive

Symptoms

  • Pre-Trip/Post-Trip is showing up on MyGeotab, but not on Geotab Drive.

Resolution

  1. Clear application caches within mobile device setting > relaunch Geotab Drive.
  2. Restart mobile device > relaunch Geotab Drive.
  3. Perform Geotab Drive application reinstallation > relaunch Geotab Drive.
