Symptoms

  • Receiving error "No activity. Select different devices or change the date range." when attempting to view location of HOS log

Cause

Vehicle has been made historical since the log was created.

 

Resolution

In order to see the historical data for that vehicle please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Click Options
  2. Select the correct Date Period to run the report
  3. Then click Yes under the Historical data option
  4. Click Apply Changes
