Symptoms

  • No harsh cornering, harsh braking, or harsh acceleration measurements
  • No accelerometer data
  • No other engine measurements are reported

Cause

The device is not on a plan that supports accelerometer data

Resolution

Ensure the device is on the correct plan. Accelerometer data is only supported on Pro and Pro Plus plan.
