Identify Log That Rolls Over Midnight

0

Hey all,

I am trying to customize a report to identify how long a driver has spent on each status over a given time (Much like the graph does for a 24 hour period. However, The base report only shows status changes, so I have no way of knowing what status they were in up until their first status change of the day (continued form previous day). Any advice?

Related, I'm trying to use this for an efficiency report. Currently running duty status is a one driver at a time deal. Is there any way to pull data for multiple drivers log times?

Hello John,

Thank you for reaching out to Geotab Technical Support. Please use the Advanced Duty Status Report. It will provide you the start date and time of each Duty Status Log. The duration of each Duty Status Log can be calculated by using the time between the start time of the first Duty Status Log and the start time of the next Duty Status Log. You can get the information by un-hiding the data tab.

To identify what Duty Status Log log a driver was previous to the desired date. I would suggest to run the report for on day before the date you desire and customise the report using a pivot table to consider the last Duty Status Log but to ignore the rest of the previous day.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best Regards,

Hey Omed,

Thanks for the response. The Issue I'm having is that I need the e-mail set to e-mail so that it covers all the drivers in the database. As a result, I can't set it to last week + 1 day.
