Unfortunately the 200 second limit is hard coded into the trips algorithm and can't be changed. However, I would suggest you create exception rules based on the zones you created to track short stops.
A number of the the stops our drivers make are quick (under the 200 second limit) and I am not getting those in the daily trip history report. Is there any way to lower the limit to record a stop? We do have the Zones set up so it is really the short stops within the zones that I would like to see in the trip history.
