Hello Cam,

This can be done in MyGeotab by going to Administration>Reports>Select the default report you would like to set up to be emailed. Then click on the Email report tab. Turn email options ON, then select the date range as This month or Last month depending on what you would like. If you would like to have the report emailed out every month, for the refresh period you can select monthly (or whatever else you would like). For the next run select the date and time that you would like the report first to be sent. For the recipients you can either click email the report to me, or create a group that you will have to add users to and then select the report to be emailed to that group.

What kind of information were you looking to get for your units? Let me know please and I can help suggest which report would be suitable.

Best Regards,

I would like to get a report emailed that shows use or km's travelled on Saturday and Sunday for all vehicles

Hi Cam,

The Default Trips Summary report would be good as it gives you a summary of the trips distance, driving duration, max speed etc. If you want more information about each trip then you can try the Default Trips Details report. Unfortunately there is no date range option for the past two days. It's either Today, Yesterday, Previous 24 hours, Previous 7 days, etc increasing in size. You can split them up to be emailed out one email for Saturday's activity and one for Sundays activity and have this refreshed Weekly.

Another option is to use the Advanced Trips Details report and if you go to Activity>Work Hours, you can create work hours for the during the week for all day Monday to Friday and when you run it for the previous 7 days it will highlight the trips that are "after hours", so the highlighted trips will reflect the weekend and you will have the information there. This can be scheduled out to be emailed on Monday for example.

Please let me know if you have any further questions about this.

As an option, you can add work hours to be Monday through Friday.  Then you can get an Exception report for After Hours Usage on Monday which would list miles driven and time driven over the weekend with the exceptions.
