Geotab speed errors


At Husky Energy at Ram River, we have the Geotab in all our crew vans. They work quite well for the most part but they are not perfect. When the driver goes 12km/h or more above the speed limit, our area Forman is sent an email right away stating the time and speed the van was going. 

A couple times now the speed indicated in the email was wrong. Just yesterday morning, November 08, the boss got an email that i was doing 107km/h in a 90 zone. I had the van on cruise control set at 90 during the time he was emailed on a fairly flat and curvy road.

The other time I was riding the brake going down a hill doing about 90-93km/h. The email said I was going 111. I had other people in the van as witnesses of my speed both times. I just want to know what can be done about this issue as I am not the only one having it.
