Is there a way to get notifications if certain requirements are not met?

My company that I work for just recently started using geotab, so we're all a little new to using it. My manager wants to figure out if there is a way to get a notification if let's say a driver leaves the yard without getting a truck check? Or would it just be a different part of the program and would have to treat it as if that's what its main purpose is? Thank you for your time and answers!

Hello Dylan,

Unfortunately there is no automatic method that combines rules with checking if a DVIR was performed in a certain area.

What can be done is that a notification can be sent when drivers are leaving a zone. Within that notification you can edit the information that will be displayed to the recipients. Thus you can include a DVIR report in the notification being sent.

This report can be customized to only display any DVIR that was completed in the last X minutes.

Thus if there is not report attached to the notification then that would mean that no DVIR was completed within the time-frame specified.

Hopefully that answers your question. Let me know if you need clarification on anything.
