We've had a few use cases in the past that would have benefited from having an ExceptionEvent ID available as a token under the Web Request notification templates. We can add rule name + date + time + device id to find the ExceptionEvent, but date + time are formatted and I hate relying on freetext data (Geotab has changed the format without notice in the past, this would break our integration). Relying on rule name (ID is not available) isn't a good idea either in my humble opinion. Having the ExceptionEvent ID, it would allow me to fetch the dateTime directly from the API and not worry about date formats or parsing rule names, device serial numbers, etc.
