Engine meausurements - Third Party Device

Yesterday when I ran the Engine Measurement I was able to see the third device (External Device - Doran Tire) and the IOX-CAN harness (Intelligent Harness Type Detected).  When I run the Engine Measurements today for the same vehicle I do not see either of these, what would cause the change?

Hey Ross,

There are several things that could potentially cause this but we would have to investigate further.  One thing to look into is checking to make sure the device was fully communicating during the period of time you are looking at the engine measurements. It could also be that third party device was not collecting or sending measurements during the time period you checked. I would recommend reaching out to your point of contact for support so that a ticket can be submitted and this can be looked into.
